Fast Shipping
Fast Shipping is valid for all orders placed on monarchbedding.com with a shipping address in mainland Portugal.
For orders with a shipping address in the Autonomous Regions an additional €35 per unit will be charged.
The order value refers exclusively to the sum of the final cost of the products. Any discount is deducted at the time of purchase and already includes additional shipping costs.
Payment Methods
Monarchbedding.com offers payment via ATM, Mbway, PayPal, Klarna, Credit Card and Cash on Delivery.
Delivery Times
Provided there are no stock issues, all orders placed on monarchbedding.com are processed logistically within a maximum of 3 business days.
This period may be changed if one or more products in the order are temporarily unavailable.
If any of the products are unavailable, the customer will be contacted and informed of the expected timeframe for restocking.
If you do not wish to wait for the missing product to be restocked, you can choose a replacement product or cancel your order.
In the event of a replacement order, a price adjustment must be made.
If you wish to cancel this/these product(s), the rest of your order will be shipped immediately and the value of the canceled product(s) will be refunded to you.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and handling time at the carriers.
- Shipping to mainland Portugal: 2 to 3 business days
- Madeira and the Azores: Between 2 and 15 business days, depending on the chosen transport service (plane or boat)
This delivery time may vary during exceptional periods of increased demand, such as holidays or Christmas season.
Delivery Schedule
If no one is at the address to receive the goods, a notice will be left in the mailbox requesting contact to schedule a new delivery.
Tracking
Once you have completed your order and it has been processed, you will receive an email with the associated tracking code.
Exchange and Return Policy
At monarchbedding.com, our goal is to take care of you and your rest. Your complete satisfaction is important to us.
The purchasing process is easy and completely transparent. However, if you are not satisfied, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to exchange or return the products.
The cost of shipping returned products is the responsibility of the customer.
To return or exchange an item, simply:
- Contact our Customer Support team by email at: info@monarchbedding.com
- Mention the associated order number;
- Indicate the product(s) you wish to return and/or exchange.
Once you have sent your exchange and/or return request, you will receive an email within 10 days confirming receipt of your request and reminding you of all the details for returning the product(s).
It is important that:
- Please wait for our email with the return details.
- In order to return and/or exchange products, they must be preserved and in the same condition as when received.
Return Policy
For returns and/or exchanges to be accepted, it is essential that you comply with the following rules:
- The product must be sealed in its original packaging;
- If the product box does not have a seal, you must keep the product seal intact, or any other protective packaging;
- You must ensure that all accompanying components are included with the product: samples, gifts, instructions, among others, respecting the original shipping conditions;
- Keep the receipt, bearing in mind that a copy of it must accompany the returned product.
After confirmation of the order, the maximum period for sending the product(s) to our address, together with a copy of the invoice, is 7 business days.
If the above conditions are met, the order amount will be refunded within a maximum of 30 days.
In the case of product exchanges, the shipping cost of the replacement product(s) is the customer's responsibility.
